Robby A. Halfmann, Chairman
Mr. Halfmann is a farmer and rancher in Runnels, Coleman and Concho counties. His principal business is operating a stocker cattle and cow-calf operation, along with farming small grains. He is also an order buyer for Frey Cattle Company and serves as foreman for that company. Mr. Halfmann has served on the Nominating Board of the Coleman county Electric Cooperative. He was first elected to the board in 2008.

Kenneth D. Harvick, Vice Chairman
Mr. Harvick is a rancher in Comanche county. He is the former President of Gore’s, Inc. in Comanche, Texas, which is a dairy, beef cattle and feed business that operates in Texas and New Mexico. He is a member of the PAR Country Club and a member of First Baptist Church in Comanche. He also has served as president of the Texas Holstein Association, and as a member of the Comanche School Board, the Comanche County and state Dairy Herd Improvement Association, the Select Milk Producers Board, and the Lions Club. He was first elected to the Board in 2012.

Mike Finlay
Mr. Finlay is a farmer and rancher in McCulloch and Coleman counties. His principal business consists of farming cotton, wheat, grain sorghum and hay crops, along with running a cattle and sheep operation. He is a member of the McCulloch county Conservation Board, the McCulloch county Tax Appraisal District Board and the First United Methodist Church in Brady. Mr. Finlay also has served on the Lohn Co-op Gin board, the McCulloch county Soil & Water Conservation Board, the Lohn School Board and the Millersview-Doole Water Supply Corporation Board. He was first elected to the board in 2008.

Philip W. Hinds
Mr. Hinds is a stock farmer in Coleman county. His principal business is that of owner/operator of a furniture business in Coleman. He has been a member of the Coleman county Farm Bureau and the Coleman county Rodeo Association. He is a member of the First Baptist Church in Coleman. Mr. Hinds was first elected to the board in 2009.

Burl D. Lowery
Mr. Lowery, a Certified Public Accountant, owns and operates an accounting practice in Brownwood, Texas. In addition, he has a small cow calf operation in Comanche County. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the First Baptist Church of Brownwood. Mr. Lowery was appointed by the Board in January 2013 to serve as the “Outside Director”. He is the designated “financial expert” as defined in and required by FCA regulation, and he currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Steven R. Lehrmann
Mr. Lehrmann is a farmer and rancher in Haskell County and is a co-owner and operating manager of K & L Spraying, LLC. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural plant sciences. He is currently the Chairman of the Haskell County Appraisal Review Board, and he is a former member of the Haskell County Farm Bureau, the Haskell County Jr. Livestock Show Committee, the Haskell County FSA Committee, and the Rolling Plains Central Boll Weevil Eradication Steering Committee. He has also served on the Rule ISD School Board and the Sagerton Water Supply Corp. Board. Mr. Lehrmann is a member of the Abilene Bible Church. He was elected to the board in 2014.
