Central Texas Farm Credit Announces 2026 Stockholder Election Results:
Central Texas Farm Credit is proud to announce the promotion of Landon Brush to Controller, recognizing his hard work, financial expertise, and contributions to the organization since joining the team in 2024.
Brush has been a valued member of the Central Texas Farm Credit team, demonstrating a strong understanding of the association’s accounting operations and a commitment to excellence. In his new role as Controller, he will help lead the organization’s financial functions while supporting Central Texas Farm Credit’s mission of serving rural communities.
“Landon has earned this promotion through his hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellence,” said Keith Prater, Chief Financial Officer. “He has already been operating at a high level and handling many Controller responsibilities, making this a natural next step. We are excited to see him continue to grow in this role and help lead the financial operations of Central Texas Farm Credit.”
A resident of Blanket, Texas, Brush attended Howard Payne University, where he earned a degree in Accounting. His educational background and experience have provided a strong foundation for his success within the organization. Outside of work, Brush enjoys spending time with his family, particularly outdoors. He and his wife have two children who keep them busy with sports and other activities. He also enjoys coaching youth sports and maintains a small herd of cattle, helping him stay connected to the agricultural way of life.
“I am honored by the opportunity to serve as Controller and grateful for the trust Central Texas Farm Credit has placed in me,” Brush said. “I look forward to continuing to support our team, our members, and the association’s mission.”
Brush’s promotion reflects Central Texas Farm Credit’s ongoing commitment to developing talented employees and strengthening the organization through leadership, expertise, and service.
