Mr. Halfmann is a third-generation farmer and rancher in Runnels County, who bought his first set of cattle at age 13 and made his first land purchase through Central Texas when he was 23. Today, his principal business is operating a stocker cattle and cow-calf operation, along with farming small grains. He is also the foreman and co-owner of Frey Cattle Company, a cattle order buying operation located in Ballinger. In addition, he is a shareholder in S & H Land and Livestock, LLC, a stocker cattle operation in Concho County. A native of Runnels County, Robby is a graduate of Ballinger High School and attended Tarleton State University. Active in his community, he is a member of the Runnels County Farm Bureau and a member of St. Boniface Parish, where he serves on the parish council auction committee. He enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Kallie, their son Jake, and their dogs. He was first elected to the board in 2008.

Mr. Hinds grew up on a farm in west Coleman County near Glen Cove, and in 1993 took out his first loan with the FLBA of Coleman, which is now Central Texas Farm Credit. He runs a cow-calf and small grain operation in Coleman County.Philip attended Texas State Technical Institute and is a life member of the National Rifle Association. He and his wife, Amy, are members of First Baptist Church in Coleman. The couple has three children and eight grandchildren. Philip enjoys hunting and shooting sports, including long-range precision rifle, pistol shooting and sporting clays. He was first elected to the board in 2009.

Mr. Jacoby is a farmer and rancher in McCulloch County where he runs a registered black angus cow-calf operation and farms wheat, hay, and grass. Holden is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and applied economics. He and his wife, Racheal, have two kids. Holden has been a CTFC member since 2011.

Mr. Lowery was appointed to the board in 2013 to serve as an outside director and designated financial expert. He is a Certified Public Accountant, who owns and operates an accounting practice in Brownwood, Texas. Raised on a farm, Burl says his outside interests are his farming activities — he currently runs a cow-calf operation and raises hay, peanuts and cotton in Comanche County.A graduate of Tarleton State University, Burl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the First Baptist Church of Brownwood. He and his wife, Agatha, have three daughters and nine grandchildren.

Mr. Lehrman is a Haskell County native and attended Texas Tech University. Upon graduation, he returned home to the farm and became a Farm Credit customer in 1978. Mr. Lehrmann raises wheat and hay and has a cow-calf and stocker cattle operation. Steven is a Haskell County Farm Bureau member and the Rolling Plains Central Boll Weevil Eradication Steering Committee. He is the chairman of the Haskell County FSA committee, and a member of the Sagerton Water Supply Corp, and a former member of the Rule ISD School Board. He was also the past president of the Haskell County Jr. Livestock Show Committee. Steven and Karen have four children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys following his family’s activities and Texas Tech sports. He was elected to the board in 2014.

A native of Hamlin, Texas, Mr. Rodgers is a certified public accountant at James E. Rodgers and Company, P.C., a family-owned accounting firm in Hamlin. Mr. Rodgers joined his family’s accounting firm in 1980. For over 40 years, he has served many agricultural tax clients.Gerald attended Texas Tech University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Hamlin Lions Club. He is a deacon at First Baptist Church of Hamlin. Gerald and his wife, Paula, have four children and eight grandchildren. His hobbies include activities with all the grandchildren, playing golf, and watching track and field events. Gerald was appointed to the board in 2022 to serve as an outside director.

Mr. Volleman is a dairy farmer in Comanche County, where he owns and operates Wildcat Dairy and Volleman’s Family Farms. He started his ag operation in 1987 and has been operating at the current location since 1993. Frank and his wife, Annette, along with their four sons and their spouses each have a role in the dairy operation. The Volleman’s built their own processing and bottling facility and sell their milk in returnable glass bottles and distribute it to retailers across Texas. Frank has a degree in animal science and is a graduate of The Executive Program for Agriculture Producers. He serves as a director of the Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, representing Comanche County. Frank is also a board member of the Association of Agriculture Production Executives, a member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church of Dublin, and a Knight of Columbus. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. Volleman has been a CTFC member since 2010.
