Due to concerns related to coronavirus (COVID-19), Central Texas Farm Credit's 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held via teleconference only on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The teleconference phone number and conference ID were were included in our Annual Meeting Information Statement, which was mailed to shareholders in mid-April.
Attendees will receive reports from the Board Chair and CEO; approve this year’s slate of director candidates and next year’s nominating committee; and hear from 2020 director candidates.
The 2020 director and nominating committee election will be conducted via mail-in ballot. Ballots will be mailed after the teleconference.
