Matthew Iley joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2014 with 12 years of commercial banking experience. A native of De Leon, Matthew was raised on a cattle and hay farm, where he still raises livestock and hay today. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. Matthew appreciates the work and rewards of being involved in the agricultural industry and enjoys helping people achieve their agricultural dreams through financing. He and his wife Brandi have two boys who they enjoy spending time with, and they are also actively involved in the First Baptist Church of De Leon.

Laura Leal, a De Leon native, joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in March 2020. Laura and her husband, Andrew, have two daughters, one son, and one granddaughter. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, playing golf, baking, and traveling. She and her family are also actively involved in the First Baptist Church of De Leon.

Julia Morris joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2017 with 36 years of banking experience. A resident of DeLeon, Julia graduated from Gorman High School and attended San Jacinto College in Houston. Julia's passionate about helping CTFC customers and getting to know them and their families. In her spare time, Julia loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys yard work, traveling, scuba diving, and riding motorcycles.

Rachael Sides joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2014. A Comanche County native, Rachael grew up in a farming and ranching family that still operates today. Her sons are now involved with the hay, cattle, and farming operation. Rachael attended Central Texas Commercial College and received her paralegal and executive administrative certificates. The best part of her job is being able to help local farmers and ranchers make their dream a reality. Rachael enjoys horseback riding, swimming, reading, long road trips, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family.

Shayla Clemons joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2021. A native of Comanche, Shayla exhibited pigs at Texas major stock shows growing up, along with a few Angora goats. She and her significant other have four kids. Shayla is part of the Newburg Area Predator Association and helps with Steve Clemons Deer Hunters’ Chili Supper hosted by the Comanche Chamber of Commerce. Shayla and her family enjoy hunting and traveling. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, flowers of all kinds, crafting, and photography.
