Zach May
Zach May was named chief executive officer of Central Texas Farm Credit in July 2023. Previously, he served as CTFC's chief operating officer for 12 years. Zach has a long history with the Farm Credit System, where he's held positions such as senior credit analyst and operations manager. He also spent more than three years as an examiner with the Farm Credit Administration. Zach has a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and a master’s degree in public policy, both from Texas A&M University. He also is a graduate of the Southwestern School of Banking. Zach, along with his wife and three children, resides in Brownwood, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.

Travis McKinney
Travis McKinney was named EVP/Chief Lending and Operating Officer of Central Texas Farm Credit in July 2023. Previously, he served the association as chief lending officer. Travis holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural services and development from Tarleton State University. He also is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. Travis hails from Stephenville, Texas, where his family has lived for about 100 years. Involved with agriculture since he was five years old with his dad, Travis had his first herd of cows at age 17. Travis is a past president of the Comanche Kiwanis Club, serving from 2005 to 2006. He enjoys sports, racing, and, most of all, attending his children’s activities.

Keith Prater
Keith Prater became Central Texas’ chief financial officer in 2018, when he was promoted from controller, a position he held for three years. Previously, he was controller at Durham Pecans in Comanche, Texas, and was a commercial credit analyst and loan officer in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned two bachelor of business administration degrees, one in accounting and one in finance. Keith grew up in an ag family, and says that his hobby is his small cow-calf operation, which takes up much of his weekends. His parents continue to run cattle and a custom hay-baling operation. Keith, his wife, and three children live in Comanche, Texas, where he serves as treasurer of the Comanche County Historical Museum.

Jim Ed Field
Jim Ed Field was named Central Texas Farm Credit's chief credit officer in 2022. Previously, he served the association as senior Vice President of lending and credit. Jim Ed holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural development from Texas A&M University and a master's in agricultural and applied economics from Texas Tech University. He is also a graduate of the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program (TALL). Jim Ed has been in agricultural lending since 2000, spending all but six years in the Farm Credit System. Jim Ed and his wife live in Abilene. In his spare time, Jim Ed enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He especially enjoys trips to see his adult children and grandchild.

Vickie Ratliff
Vickie Ratliff joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2018. A native of Brown County for most of her life, Vickie has always been part of the agricultural industry, whether helping her grandparents work cattle on their ranch or barrel racing during her youth. She highly respects the hard-working individuals who feed the world against all odds. When Vickie is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Quay Richardson
Quay Richardson joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2020. A Texas Panhandle native, Quay grew up actively involved in 4-H and FFA. Quay received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in agricultural communications and a master’s degree from Oklahoma State University in agricultural communications. She enjoys spending time with her family and photography.

Natali Lawson
Natali Lawson joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2016. A Brownwood native, Natali attended Howard Payne University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. She is a member of the Early Ambassadors program. Natali enjoys reading, hanging out with her family, and working out.

Shannon Davis
Shannon Davis joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2020. Her favorite part about working for CTFC is being part of an association that cares about its employees and stockholders. Shannon loves being outdoors, especially when she can watch hummingbirds and cardinals. She also enjoys crocheting and loves to make jelly.

Dedria Brown
Dedria Brown joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2023. Dedria earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Southern Nazarene University. She furthered her professional study in managerial accounting with membership in the Institute of Certified Management Accountants. For 11 years, Dedria and her husband operated a pullet operation for Sanderson Farms with row crops of corn and/or wheat, soybeans, milo, and cattle. She is a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Dedria is a pianist and plays on the weekends with a praise band and during church services. She is excited to pass the torch of lending, farming, and servicing to the next generation of agriculturalists.

Kristina McGowen
Kristina McGowen joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2023. Originally from Dallas, Kristina graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in agribusiness management. She enjoys hiking, camping, paddleboarding, hanging out at the lake, attending concerts, reading, and anything homemaking related. Additionally, Kristina loves to hang out with her friends and family.

Jennifer Hartman
Jennifer Hartman joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2018. A native of Cross Plains, Texas, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in personal financial planning and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University. In Jennifer’s spare time, she enjoys remodeling houses and baking.

Laurel McGuire
Laurel McGuire joined the Central Texas Farm Credit in 2020 with 12 years of Farm Credit experience. Six of those years were with Central Texas Farm Credit when it was known as the Federal Land Bank Association of Texas, FLCA. A native of Brownwood, Laurel is a former United States Navy service member. She volunteers at her church and contributes to the Homeless Ministry in Waco, Texas. Laurel is a big Dallas Cowboys and Brownwood Lions fan! She enjoys reading, gardening, antiquing, hiking, working out, dancing, and DIY projects in her new house. Laurel also enjoys keeping up with her two grandsons and their activities.

Marcie Dewell
Marcie Dewell joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2019. A resident of May, Texas, Marcie helps run her family’s cattle ranch in Brown and Comanche counties. Her favorite part about working at CTFC is the positive atmosphere while working with great co-workers. Marcie enjoys spending time with her family, arrowhead hunting, and traveling.

Colleen Friar
Colleen Friar joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 1997 when it was known as the Brady Land Bank. Colleen grew up on her family’s cattle ranch and was involved in 4-H and FFA, exhibiting steers and heifers. She graduated from Sul Ross State University with a degree in business. Colleen and her husband reside in Brady, where they raise show cattle. In her free time, Colleen enjoys gardening, being outdoors, and going on adventures with her granddaughter.

Wendy McGilvray
Wendy McGilvray joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2007 with seven years of Farm Credit experience. Wendy grew up in the Fort Worth area. She loves the family atmosphere at CTFC and enjoys knowing she played a small part in helping people make their dreams come true. Wendy is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and loves to landscape, travel, remodel older homes, listen to live classical symphonic music, and read.

Jason Denniston
Jason Denniston joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2019 with 11 years of Farm Credit experience. He will be celebrating 15 years with the Farm Credit System in 2023. Jason graduated from Tyler Junior College and attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He enjoys playing/coaching sports with his three sons, online gaming, gardening, working on computer/electronic-related projects, fishing, and hunting.

Kathryn Walker
Kathryn Walker joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2018. Matthew Douglas joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2021. Originally from Minnesota, Matthew’s family is involved in the cutting horse industry and farming. He attended North Dakota State University and received a degree in economics. Matthew enjoys hunting, fishing, hockey, and motocross in his spare time.

Landri Garcia
Landri Garcia joined the Central Texas Farm Credit team in 2020. A native of Tolar, Texas, Landri was involved in FFA during her youth and exhibited steers and pigs. She attended Tarleton State University and received a Bachelor of General Studies in Education. Landri and her family raise show cattle and are involved with local, major, and national livestock shows. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and family in her spare time.
